To reserve lift passes for a day of skiing, choose an available date below and enter the reference number (TB-XXX...X-XXX) from your most recent TowBin hire booking so we can verify you're a customer.

How/when do I collect the passes?
You can collect the passes in Stoke on your way to the skifield, or the evening prior (after 8pm). You'll also need to return the passes before 8pm so they're ready for the next people.

Is there a charge?
Nope, this is simply a thank you to our customers. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support, and that so many of you refer your friends to us too. We'd love it if you would follow and share us on Facebook, and feel free to tag us and Rainbow in posts from your day up at the skifield!

Where do I find the reference number from my TowBin hire?
In your TowBin skip booking confirmation email, there will be a 15 character reference number in the format TB-xxxxxxxxxx-xxx. If you've hired from us multiple times, please use the reference from your most recent booking.

I hired a TowBin skip back in 2021, can I still reserve passes?
Absolutely! If you hired before April 2022 your booking reference won't be in the TB-xxx...x-xxx format though, so please provide the invoice number, date , address and other details so we can verify you hired from us.

Can I reserve multiple days of skiing?
Sorry, no. But if you really enjoy your day at Rainbow you can purchase day and season passes at skirainbow.co.nz,

Will I get a confirmation of my reservation?
Yes, you'll get a confirmation email that's very similar to the one you get when booking a TowBin skip. But unlike a skip booking, it won't come to you instantly because we need to manually verify your details before confirming. Your booking immediately reserves the passes on our system though, so you won't miss out even if we don't get around to confirming it straight away.
